End User License Agreement

The SOFTWARE means: BERTOM AUDIO products.
BERTOM AUDIO means: Tom Berton, the owner of Bertom Audio.

By installing the SOFTWARE you agree to the terms of this agreement.

BERTOM AUDIO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The SOFTWARE is not sold to you. BERTOM AUDIO is, and remains, the sole and exclusive owner of the SOFTWARE.

You are allowed to use the SOFTWARE for any legal purpose, including commercial production, except as noted in this agreement. You are not allowed to distribute the SOFTWARE to third parties without explicit permission from BERTOM AUDIO. You are not allowed to sell, rent, host, package, disassemble, decompile, modify or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND BERTOM AUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. IN NO EVENT SHALL BERTOM AUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
